CDS Energy Services is continuing its support of sport in the Humber region with its sponsorship of local triathlon club Humber Triathletes.
Members of Humber Triathletes range from beginners to experienced GB representatives, and the club organises a number of local sport events, including the Hull Triathlon.
CDS Energy’s sponsorship will enable the club to fund the community events it co-hosts throughout the year, helping the promotion of one of the fasting growing sports in the UK throughout the local area.
Following the success of so many Yorkshire athletes at the Rio Olympics, including the gold and silver medal-winning triathletes Alistair and Jonny Brownlee, CDS’ support of clubs like Humber Triathletes will help them continue their work to inspire the next generation of champions.
CDS has a long history of supporting local sports programmes. Over the past few years the company has lent its support to Hedon Rangers AFC, Hull Ionians RUFC, East Hull ARLFC, West Hull rugby league club and boxer Tommy Coyle. More recently, CDS sponsored the Hull United under 8s football team, providing brand new football kits and track suits.
