CDS Energy Services has announced it’s won a six-figure contract to fabricate, NDT, hydrotest, paint, deliver and install pipework for a seven-day shutdown for Storengy UK.
The company operates the Stublach Gas Storage Project, a salt cavern storage facility near Northwich, Cheshire, since 2007. The scheme is one of the main storage facilities in the country and enhances the security of supply to the UK gas market.
Up to 15 jobs have been created within CDS’s fabrication shop and 30 jobs onsite.
