CDS Energy Services has completed fabrication works as part of a multi-phase expansion for INEOS Oxide at its BP Saltend site in Hull.
CDS’s fabrication team supplied 24” stainless steel replacement to overhead lines as part of the fabrication schedule critical path to aid the delivery of the manufacturing facility’s annual outage.
INEOS Oxide is a leading producer of a comprehensive range of solvents and speciality chemicals, principally derived from ethylene and propylene. The firm’s Hull facility is currently undergoing a multi-million pound expansion to increase the production of Ethyl Acetate (EtAc) by 100,000 tonnes per year.
