CDS Energy Services has renewed its sponsorship of Humber triathletes, a popular and ever-growing triathlon club based in Hull.
Humber Triathletes was founded by British Age-Group triathletes Graeme Wrightson and Craig Lane with the aim of using their knowledge and experience to help develop the sport within the East Riding, whilst helping local people to focus on fitness and self-improvement.
The club offers a variety of training sessions for members at all levels, and organises a number of popular events in the region, including the Hull Triathlon and GO TRI – an event aimed helping beginners to try a triathlon for the first time.
CDS Energy’s sponsorship will help the club to fund these year-round events, and will also help to promote one of the fasting growing sports in the UK across the local area.
CDS has a long history of supporting local sports programmes. Over the past few years the company has lent its support to Hedon Rangers AFC, Hull United under-eights, Hull Ionians RUFC, East Hull ARLFC, West Hull rugby league club and boxer Tommy Coyle.
